Weather Policy for Dinner Cruises

Weather and Cruise Operations: Rain or Shine!

The Crystal Coast Lady operates seasonally. Whether you’re aboard one of our sightseeing or dinner cruises, rest assured that your experience will go forward, regardless of weather conditions.

Climate-Controlled Comfort
Our vessels are equipped with climate-controlled indoor decks, ensuring a comfortable environment. No matter the weather, you can enjoy a perfect view and the warmth or cool breeze inside the ship.

Dinner Cruises
Our Dinner Cruises are designed to deliver a remarkable experience, even if the weather doesn’t cooperate. If the weather conditions are not ideal for cruising, such as severe storms or unfavorable sea conditions, the Captain may determine that the vessel cannot proceed as scheduled. In such cases, we will still provide a full dining service dockside. This means you can still enjoy your meal and ambiance with entertainment, even if the ship doesn’t set sail. You will also be issued a voucher for the dinner cruise that can be applied toward future cruises.

Rains or Snow 
Rain, snow, or other mild weather conditions will not stop us from sailing! With two indoor, climate-controlled decks, your comfort is our priority. However, if the weather becomes severe, or if advised by the U.S. Coast Guard, the Captain may choose to keep the vessel docked while still providing a full dining service. We will keep you informed via the email address provided during your booking.

Severe Weather and Unforeseen Circumstances
In the rare event of severe weather, port closures, or other unforeseen conditions that are beyond our control, the Captain may decide to alter the route or remain dockside for safety reasons. If this happens, you will be notified via email of any changes, and we will arrange for a dockside event. Your safety and experience are our top priorities, and we will always do our best to ensure you have a memorable time.

Important Cancellation Information

  • No refunds will be issued for missed cruises.
  • Cancellation Policy: Must be 24 hours prior to departure for refund or rescheduling. Special events (holiday cruises, limited cruises) are non-refundable.
